Lanier Family Practice has been proudly serving the Cumming community for over 50 years. Our board-certified physician, Dr. Nibedita Patro and Dr. Ramya Jayaraman provides care to patients ages ten and older, and offers comprehensive services for chronic disease management, acute illness care and preventative care.
